Public Complaints

Anthony ISD believes in addressing community concerns promptly and fairly while following an appropriate escalation level. If informal efforts -- such as speaking with an administrator -- don't resolve the issue, every school system is required to offer a formal grievance process.

Informal Process
Students, parents, employees and members of the public are encouraged to discuss concerns directly with an administrator who can resolve the issue. If the issue persists, proceed to a formal grievance process.

Formal Process
If the issue is not resolved informally, a written complaint form may be submitted. Please view the policies below for information about filing grievances according to your needs.

Freedom from Retaliation
No one will face retaliation for bringing a concern or complaint.
