Leadership Team Goals
Team Goal:
As a Leadership Team, we will foster a culture of innovation, collegiality, high expectations, accountability, integrity, and ethical leadership through a positive climate that values shared decision making.
Community Goal:
The Anthony ISD Leadership Team will create a positive environment to reach and involve the community in planning, developing, and celebrating student and staff successes.
District Goal:
The Leadership Team will support the district mission through shared governance, in order to provide continuous improvement and a positive teaching/learning environment.
